Self-Employed Mortgage Broker – Hybrid, Leads & Retainer

About the role
Join a successful property firm with an attached mortgage brokerage as a self‑employed Mortgage Broker. You will work on a hybrid basis, receiving all qualified leads and a six‑month retainer while enjoying the flexibility of self‑employment.
Key responsibilities
- Process mortgage applications from initial enquiry to completion.
- Work with qualified leads supplied by the client services team.
- Maintain compliance with UK mortgage regulations and CeMAP standards.
- Collaborate with the in‑house administrator for documentation and client communication.
- Attend the North London office every Wednesday and the last Friday of each month.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in mortgage brokerage.
- CeMAP (Essential) Level 1 qualification.
- Proactive, organised and a strong team player.
Required skills
- CeMAP qualification.
What we offer
- £2,000 monthly retainer for the first six months.
- Generous commission on all leads provided.
