Self-Employed Padel Coach – Newbury

About the role
We are looking for a self‑employed Padel Coach to join our Newbury club, delivering high‑quality group sessions for both junior and adult members. You will be part of a leading European health and wellness group, working in state‑of‑the‑art facilities and helping members of all abilities enjoy the sport.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver weekly junior and adult Padel group lessons.
- Provide a safe, welcoming environment on the court.
- Maintain equipment and ensure facilities are kept to club standards.
- Promote the club’s values and encourage member participation.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve the coaching experience.
Required profile
- Level 2 (or equivalent) Padel coaching qualification.
- Passion for health, fitness and sport.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to deliver a great member experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Padel coaching techniques and drills.
- Ability to run structured group sessions.
- Knowledge of safety and court management procedures.
