Self-Employed Swimming Instructor

About the role
We are seeking a self‑employed Swimming Instructor to join David Lloyd Clubs in Rugby, West Midlands. You will coach members of all ages, delivering both one‑to‑one and group swimming sessions and helping them achieve their personal water‑confidence and technique goals.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver swimming lessons for individuals and groups.
- Assess swimmers' abilities, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming pool environment.
- Promote health, fitness and wellbeing values throughout sessions.
- Encourage and motivate members to reach their swimming objectives.
Required profile
- Hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self‑starter who takes pride in delivering high‑quality experiences.
