Self‑Employed Mortgage Advisor – Hybrid, High Earning

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CeMAP‑qualified Mortgage Advisor to join a fast‑moving team in Leigh‑on‑Sea. This self‑employed, hybrid position offers a steady flow of remortgage leads and the chance to maximise earnings through both mortgage and protection sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and service an allocated portfolio of existing clients.
• Process 15–20 mortgage renewals each month, guiding clients through the remortgage journey.
• Conduct fact‑findings, provide tailored mortgage and protection advice, and convert inbound leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline progression.
• Collaborate closely with case managers and internal teams to ensure smooth completions.

Required profile

• Fully CeMAP qualified.
• Proven track record in a target‑driven, sales‑focused environment.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and commercially driven.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• CRM usage for client and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with Google Ads lead generation.
