About the role

HFA Mortgage & Protection is expanding its team of independent mortgage professionals. As a Self‑Employed Mortgage Broker you will work remotely, providing expert mortgage and protection advice to a growing client base while enjoying uncapped earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct mortgage and protection consultations with clients.
• Assess client circumstances and recommend suitable products.
• Manage mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, estate agents and introducers.
• Ensure all advice complies with regulatory requirements.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and provided leads.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser.
• Relevant UK mortgage advice qualification.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
