Self‑Employed Warrant Field Agent

About the role

As a Self‑Employed Warrant Field Agent you will execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK. The role offers flexible, part‑time or full‑time work with a guaranteed daily rate and the ability to manage your own schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial sites.
• Recover utility arrears and perform meter disconnections or exchanges.
• Plan, organise and lead on‑site teams, including locksmiths, engineers and dog handlers.
• Maintain up to four weeks’ visibility of scheduled work and manage workloads.
• Provide guidance, mentorship and ensure compliance with FCA rules, data protection and company policies.
• Prepare accurate operational reports and resolve disputes according to procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet operational objectives.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ‑compliant vehicle if operating within the London ULEZ zone.
• Clean DBS check and a healthy credit history (CCJs may be accepted with repayment arrangements).
• Strong organisational, leadership, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Guaranteed daily rate of £130‑£150 (dependent on skills and experience).
