Seller Experience Project Intern – TikTok Shop

About the role

The Seller Experience Project Intern will support TikTok Shop’s Seller Experience Team in improving the end‑to‑end journey for sellers. You will work on short‑term, high‑impact projects that address onboarding, product listing, violations, appeals, logistics and education.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize critical seller pain points and design systematic solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Operations, GNE, Product, etc.) to drive project execution.
• Conduct seller experience research, gather feedback and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze key metrics, monitor trends and report insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare review materials and communicate progress to project sponsors.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to break down complex problems.
• Excellent analytical abilities and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience managing projects in a cross‑functional environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
