About the role

Join Greencore's Warrington site as a Semi‑skilled Operator, working the night shift on a 4‑on/4‑off pattern. You will be part of a fast‑moving warehouse team producing high‑quality Italian ready meals for major retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out quality monitoring, including collecting, logging and maintaining accurate records.
• Work collaboratively in a chilled, noisy warehouse environment.
• Use initiative to solve problems and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow instructions and complete compliance checks while working unsupervised.
• Maintain a right‑first‑time approach with a keen eye for detail.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely.
• Stand for long periods and wear required personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• Good level of English and Maths.
• Mechanical literacy.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Computer literacy.
