About the role
We are seeking a Semi-skilled Production Operative for the back‑shift at our client’s site in Appleton Thorn, Warrington. The role offers ongoing temporary work with the possibility of permanent placement, regular hours and a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Load raw materials into production machines.
- Assemble products according to specifications.
- Operate and monitor machines safely.
- Perform quality checks on finished items.
- Pack stock into boxes and apply correct colour‑coded labels.
- Maintain housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
Required profile
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Good dexterity and practical skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic and able to work independently.
- Clear communication and strong attention to detail.
- Access to own transport for the site.
