About the role
Join a vibrant school in Slough as a SEN Classroom Assistant, supporting children with special educational needs from September. You will work closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one and small‑group support to pupils with a range of SEN.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning programmes.
- Adapt resources and materials to meet individual learning needs.
- Help foster a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere that promotes academic and social development.
Required profile
- Empathetic, patient and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists and parents.
- Positive, flexible approach to challenges.
