SEN English Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a passionate SEN English Teacher to join a special educational needs school in Greenwich. The successful candidate will deliver engaging KS3 and KS4 English lessons and support students with a range of additional needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver dynamic English lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse SEN requirements.
• Provide support across other subjects when required.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated staff team to promote inclusive learning.

Required profile

• Experience teaching secondary English (KS3 & KS4).
• Strong subject knowledge in English.
• Flexible, proactive and confident across different teaching areas.
• Previous SEN experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Genuine passion for inclusive education and student progress.
