SEN Teacher – Long‑term or Permanent roles in Lambeth & South London

About the role

We are seeking qualified SEN Teachers to join a range of schools and specialist units across Lambeth and South London. Positions are available on a long‑term or permanent basis, offering immediate starts as well as September intakes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for pupils with ASD, SEMH, MLD and complex needs.
• Maintain well‑resourced classrooms and implement strong behaviour management strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams to support pupil progress.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of primary, secondary and specialist settings.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience teaching in an SEN environment.
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Commitment to a long‑term or permanent placement and a proactive professional attitude.
