SEN Teacher (QTS) – Specialist School, September Start

About the role
We are seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Berkshire from September. The role involves delivering tailored education for pupils aged 2‑19 with a wide range of special educational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs.
- Create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists and families.
- Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP reviews.
- Support development of communication, independence, emotional wellbeing and academic achievement.
- Adapt teaching approaches for complex learning needs.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); early career teachers are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for inclusive and specialist education.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Commitment to supporting every learner’s development.
