About the role
An Outstanding SEN school in Camden is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join its secondary team from September 2026. The role offers a supportive environment with state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a collaborative senior leadership team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver personalised lessons for pupils with Autism, SLD, PMLD, ADHD, SLCN, epilepsy and Down syndrome.
- Work closely with highly skilled teaching assistants and support staff to implement individual education plans.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies to ensure each learner reaches their potential.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture and share best practices with colleagues.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working as an SEN Teacher or in a specialist SEND setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required.
