About the role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Ealing. The role involves teaching students with complex needs, planning highly differentiated lessons, and collaborating closely with support staff and therapists.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of pupils aged 4‑16.
- Work with support staff and therapists to achieve each pupil’s EHCP targets.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies as required.
- Participate in ongoing CPD to stay current with best practices in special education.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN or specialist settings.
- Proven ability to teach students with complex needs such as SLD, PMLD, and ASD.
- Willingness to start as soon as possible and commit to a long‑term, full‑time position.
- Strong understanding of adaptive teaching strategies and EHCP implementation.
