SEN Teaching Assistant – Cirencester (Full‑time, Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Cirencester from September 2026. The role involves delivering engaging lessons and providing day‑to‑day classroom support across both primary and secondary settings, with the flexibility to work on short‑term or long‑term assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons and support pupils with special educational needs.
• Provide classroom assistance, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom dynamics.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized learning plans.

Required profile

• Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) or experienced Teaching Assistants.
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Genuine passion for supporting children’s education.
