About the role
We are recruiting a dedicated EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to work full‑time with one of our partner schools in Cheltenham from September 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons or provide classroom support on a day‑to‑day basis
- Work across a variety of primary and secondary schools
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments
Required profile
- Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) or experienced Teaching Assistants
- Flexible, reliable and proactive approach
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Genuine passion for education
