About the role
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Oldham. The role starts immediately and offers a daily rate of £95‑£100 (PAYE). You will work directly with children who have special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 or small‑group support to pupils with SEN.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students, families, and staff.
- Adapt learning approaches to meet individual needs and promote progress.
- Assist students in overcoming challenges and achieving academic goals.
Required profile
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential).
- Proactive, empathetic and resilient attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to different settings and requirements.
- Commitment to inclusion and a nurturing learning environment.
