SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools in Hounslow

About the role
We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in mainstream primary schools across Hounslow, starting in September 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support for pupils with special educational needs.
- Support learning, behaviour and classroom engagement.
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery.
- Promote inclusion and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate closely with school staff and SEN teams.
Required profile
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- Patient, caring and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to supporting pupil development.
- Holder of a DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
