About the role
We are seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Cheltenham from September 2026. The position is full‑time and temporary, offering the chance to support pupils with special educational needs across primary and secondary settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons or provide day‑to‑day classroom support.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and age groups.
- Work across a variety of welcoming primary and secondary schools.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) or experienced Teaching Assistant.
- Flexible, reliable and proactive approach.
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
- Genuine passion for education and supporting SEN pupils.
