About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, small‑group and whole‑class support to pupils with SEN.
• Collaborate with subject teachers to deliver targeted intervention sessions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in any subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, PE, Computer Science).
• Passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to pursuing further teacher training (PGCE, Schools Direct, apprenticeship).
