Senior 3D Motion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior 3D Motion Designer to lead the creation of compelling 3D motion and visual storytelling across a range of integrated design projects. Working from our Whiteley studio, you will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters and project managers to turn concepts into high‑impact motion work that pushes creative boundaries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative briefs and develop high‑quality 3D motion concepts from idea to delivery.
• Produce 3D animation, motion graphics and visual storytelling for digital, social, CGI and occasional print assets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign cohesion.
• Mentor junior designers, share expertise and raise the overall creative standard.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and asset optimisation for multiple channels.
• Represent the team in client conversations and showcase work confidently.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in 3D motion design and visual storytelling.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative 3D animation and motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently, manage end‑to‑end projects and meet competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
