About the role

We are partnering with an established Bristol agency that delivers data‑driven marketing and communications for a range of brands. The Senior Account Director will lead key client accounts, shape strategic direction and mentor the client services team, driving growth and ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead agency‑client relationships at senior stakeholder level, acting as a trusted partner.
• Set strategic direction for key accounts, aligning work with client objectives and commercial goals.
• Mentor and develop the client services team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities across existing accounts.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standard.
• Own account commercials, forecasting, profitability and long‑term health.

Required profile

• Strong agency experience in a senior client services role.
• Proven track record of driving account growth, forecasting and profitability.
• Experience managing, mentoring and developing client services teams.
