Senior Account Executive - Microsoft AI Workplace Transformation & SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive growth of our Microsoft‑focused AI and SaaS solutions. Based in the UK and working remotely, you will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for high‑value technology deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new mid‑market and enterprise prospects across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of AI‑enabled SaaS opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve OTE of £95‑140k.
• Expand relationships with existing customers, uncovering upsell and cross‑sell potential.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in SaaS, Microsoft solutions or automation technologies.
• Hunter mindset with a track record of generating new business.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
