This senior position sits within an established insurance firm in Berkshire. You will manage a portfolio of large commercial clients and drive growth while preparing for a future Account Director role.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of significant commercial clients.
• Lead renewal, placement and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with broking, claims and servicing teams to deliver commercial and technical outcomes.
• Identify and act on opportunities to expand existing accounts.
