Senior Account Handler - Financial Institutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Handler to manage large, complex Financial Institutions accounts for a leading international insurance brokerage. The role is highly technical, focusing on London Market administration, MRC slips and intricate tax schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Administer high‑value accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance and first‑class internal client service.
• Prepare compliant Market Reform Contracts, quotes, indications and endorsements.
• Onboard new clients, completing due‑diligence checks and sanctions screening.
• Collaborate with client‑facing teams to manage renewals and documentation.
• Provide specialist internal support on tax matters and regulatory requirements.
• Handle enquiries from internal stakeholders, insurers and third parties.
• Mentor junior account handlers and promote best practice in London Market protocols.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in insurance broking, account handling or insurance operations.
• Proven track record working with large, multi‑jurisdictional Financial Institutions.
• Strong knowledge of London Market standards, tax schedules and regulatory compliance.
