Senior Account Manager – International Client Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead an international client portfolio from our Brighton office. In this hybrid role you will act as the trusted advisor for strategic corporate accounts, driving growth, retention and exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key decision‑makers.
• Lead account review meetings and provide regular business updates.
• Coordinate contract renewals and support commercial negotiations.
• Develop account plans to maximise engagement and retention.
• Produce and present performance reports and management information.
• Monitor account performance against targets and identify risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Resolve client queries and escalations efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior account management, key account or client‑relationship roles.
• Track record of managing high‑value B2B client relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience supporting contract renewals and growth.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights to clients.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
