Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are partnering with an established Bristol agency that delivers data‑driven marketing and communications for a diverse portfolio of brands. As a Senior Account Manager you will join at an exciting growth phase, handling key client accounts and shaping strategic campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day management of assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client contacts.
• Take projects from brief through delivery, ensuring plans are on track and outcomes meet expectations.
• Coordinate internal teams, manage timelines and budgets, and proactively resolve issues.
• Lead client conversations, present ideas and influence the direction of work.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within an agency environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders without loss of quality.
• Proactive, organised and confident in sharing ideas and challenging the status‑quo.
