Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior, solution‑led sales professional to champion our client’s workplace relocation and optimisation services across London and the South‑East. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand complex estate challenges and translate them into scalable commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business across corporate occupiers, landlords, public sector bodies, universities, healthcare, life sciences and professional services.
• Sell consultatively to multiple stakeholders including Facilities, Real Estate, Procurement, Sustainability, Finance, HR and senior leadership.
• Uncover client needs around estate optimisation, space utilisation, hybrid working, under‑used assets, cost reduction, carbon reduction and asset lifecycle decisions.
• Build a qualified pipeline, lead discovery meetings, create tailored proposals and coordinate with internal specialists to progress opportunities to close.
• Shape emerging opportunities, feed market insight back to the business and help refine the Future Workspaces proposition.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales experience in complex B2B environments.
• Ability to engage senior decision‑makers and navigate multi‑stakeholder buying processes.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering consultative, solution‑focused sales.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work from the Grays office.
