Senior Account Manager – Workplace & Estate Solutions

About the role

This senior account manager position sits at the heart of a market‑leading commercial relocation and workplace services business. You will sell a consultative, solution‑led offering that combines workplace insight, occupancy data, asset intelligence and sustainability services to organisations navigating hybrid working, under‑used estates and ESG pressures.

Key responsibilities

• Open senior conversations with corporate occupiers, landlords, public‑sector bodies, universities, healthcare, life‑science and professional‑services organisations.
• Sell consultatively across multiple stakeholder groups – Facilities, Real Estate, Sustainability, Procurement, Finance, HR and C‑suite.
• Build a qualified pipeline and manage discovery, proposal and closing stages of complex sales cycles.
• Coordinate with internal workplace, operational and sustainability specialists to deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities within an established national client base.
• Provide market intelligence to help shape and evolve the proposition.

Required profile

• Proven ability to sell complex, solution‑led propositions to senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, credibility and resilience in long consultative sales cycles.
• Capacity to understand client problems quickly and translate them into tangible commercial outcomes.
• Comfort operating across sectors such as workplace, FM, real estate, sustainability, SaaS, consultancy, managed services, circular economy, logistics, design‑build or business transformation.
• Willingness to contribute ideas that shape the evolving offer.
