Senior Accountant

About the role

We are a leading global financial services broker seeking a Senior Accountant to join our European finance team in London. This hybrid role offers the chance to work within a collaborative group of around ten finance professionals, supporting a fast‑growing international business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional finance teams across Europe.
• Support the production of consolidated group management accounts, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Provide regular and ad‑hoc reporting on business performance from a broking perspective.
• Contribute to the integration of newly acquired businesses and support ongoing group growth.
• Deliver financial insight to aid commercial and operational decision‑making.

Required profile

• Qualified Accountant (CA, ACA) with a strong audit background, preferably from a Big Four firm.
• Experience in a publicly listed company (PLC) or in‑house management accounting.
• Proven track record in management accounting and financial analysis.

Required skills

• Power BI – ability to create meaningful dashboards and business insights.
