About the role
We are working with an international property development group, part of a large Indian conglomerate, to hire a Senior Accountant. The role supports the Finance Director and CFO in maintaining accurate accounts and driving commercial performance. Based in a Mayfair office, the position is full‑time and on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated group accounts for a diversified portfolio of businesses.
- Manage day‑to‑day finances across multiple holding companies.
- Improve reporting and audit processes to enhance transparency.
- Lead M&A activities, including due diligence, strategic analysis and post‑deal integration.
Required profile
- ACA or CA qualification.
- Broad finance and audit background.
- Full UK work rights.
