About the role
We are seeking a proactive Senior Administrator to support an award‑winning wealth management firm expanding its high‑net‑worth private client offering. You will be the first point of contact for client queries and will liaise with product providers while ensuring a first‑class service for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for client enquiries and coordinate responses.
- Liaise with product providers to facilitate client requests.
- Manage and develop the administration and review processes across the wealth‑management workflow.
- Ensure high‑quality service delivery to internal teams and external clients.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Required profile
- In‑depth knowledge of financial planning and wealth‑management processes, preferably gained within an IFA practice.
- Strong ability to manage several tasks and priorities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑starter who works well on initiative.
- Progress towards professional qualifications is preferred.
Required skills
- High IT literacy with experience using financial‑services systems and platforms.
