About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Senior Administrator to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of our business. You will manage office administration, compliance, health & safety documentation, client onboarding, financial administration and operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update company policies, health & safety documents and licences.
- Carry out annual employee checks, manage employee records and contracts.
- Book and coordinate staff training, schedule works, quotations and appointments.
- Maintain customer relationships, handle enquiries and support sales calls.
- Raise invoices, chase purchase orders, manage credit control and liaise with accountants.
- Upload quotes, invoices and compliance documents to internal systems.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Experience in office administration and compliance within a regulated environment.
