Senior Administrator / Paraplanner

About the role
We are partnering with an independent financial planning firm in St Albans that is experiencing strong growth. The Senior Administrator / Paraplanner will support advisers by handling technical planning tasks and will develop into a senior paraplanning position.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and cash‑flow modelling for client plans
- Prepare client reviews, suitability support and case documentation
- Assist the existing paraplanner and gradually take ownership of technical responsibilities
- Support advisers in delivering holistic, independent financial advice
Required profile
- Experience in a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or IFA environment
- Previous experience as a financial planning administrator or paraplanner
- Motivation to develop technical planning skills and progress to senior level

- Cashflow modelling
- Research and analytical abilities
