Senior AI Engineer - Intelligent Change Management

About the Role

Join Basis Technologies in Bracknell as a key player in our newly established AI function. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our Intelligent Change Management (ICM) solutions by embedding cutting-edge artificial intelligence into our core product portfolio, including ActiveControl and ActiveDiscover.

Main Missions

• Design and deploy advanced AI features within existing enterprise-grade products.
• Collaborate closely with AI Platform Engineers, software engineering, and architecture teams to leverage shared AI infrastructure.
• Develop sophisticated analyzers, MCP servers for product data exposure, and predictive/analytical models.
• Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Execute high-level prompt engineering and integrate APIs/services while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and governance standards.
• Establish robust evaluation processes and quality assurance protocols for all AI-driven functionalities.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in designing and deploying AI/ML models within a production environment.
• Strong background in software engineering with a focus on integrating intelligent capabilities into enterprise software.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional technical environment.
• Deep understanding of data governance and compliance requirements in an enterprise context.
