Senior Analyst – Credit Strategies

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead manager due‑diligence, investment research, and portfolio construction focused on credit strategies across private and listed markets. You will work closely with senior investors, evaluate third‑party managers, and support Solutions client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence on external managers, covering private credit, private equity, real assets, and listed/leveraged credit strategies.
• Conduct end‑to‑end manager underwriting, including strategy assessment, team review, risk analysis, track‑record evaluation, and attribution.
• Lead meetings with General Partners (GPs) and maintain ongoing manager relationships.
• Synthesize findings into investment recommendations, investment committee materials, written reports, memos, and client‑facing presentations.
• Support portfolio construction and asset‑allocation inputs across public and private markets.
• Monitor existing manager performance, attribution, and emerging risks or style drift.
• Contribute to thematic research and market insights relevant to credit and multi‑asset portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manager research, fund due‑diligence, private credit, leveraged finance, or broader credit investing.
• Ability to lead GP meetings and diligence processes independently.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills, including performance and risk analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
