Senior Android Developer – Kotlin & TDD (Poland)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Android Developer to join a leading fintech organisation. The role focuses on building high‑quality Android applications using Kotlin while embracing modern engineering practices such as Test‑Driven Development and Extreme Programming.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile and XP environment.
• Engage in pair programming and promote a collaborative engineering culture.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Write clean, well‑tested code following TDD principles.
• Participate in code reviews, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
• Stay current with Android development best practices, tools, and trends.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on Android development experience.
• Strong command of Kotlin and the Android SDK.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise.
• Proven ability to apply Test‑Driven Development and Extreme Programming.
• Comfortable with pair programming and agile ceremonies.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
