Senior Application Consultant

About the role

This senior position leads complex SAP solution deliveries for a major public‑sector client in the UK. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from design and mobilisation to implementation and transition to live service, ensuring high‑quality outcomes in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver end‑to‑end SAP solutions, covering requirements, design, build, test, deployment and handover.
• Facilitate client workshops and governance forums, translating business needs into templated, compliant solutions.
• Provide delivery oversight, solution governance and risk management to ensure smooth transition to live services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through credible, senior‑level interactions.
• Mentor and develop consultants, strengthening the overall capability of the practice.
• Contribute to strategic roadmap planning, service improvement and transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading complex technology or SAP delivery programmes.
• Proven ability to manage large, regulated projects and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong client‑engagement and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high‑quality, compliant solutions.
