Senior A&R Manager – Electronic Dance Music

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned A&R Manager with a deep passion for house, dance and electronic music to lead our artist development efforts. Based in London, you will shape the creative and commercial trajectory of a dynamic roster, working closely with internal teams and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Source, sign and develop emerging and established electronic music artists.
• Define and execute A&R strategy, managing release schedules from concept to launch.
• Identify collaboration, remix and catalogue opportunities.
• Analyse streaming, audience and market data to guide signing and release decisions.
• Negotiate contracts and nurture key industry relationships.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver successful release campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven A&R experience within a dance/electronic music label.
• Strong track record of successful signings and releases.
• Deep knowledge of house and electronic music culture.
• Extensive industry network and strong negotiation abilities.
• Commercially minded, highly organised and data‑driven.
