Senior Architect

About the role

We are an established, design‑led architectural practice seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our Manchester studio. You will work on a diverse portfolio that includes residential, student accommodation, hotels, retrofit, life‑science and laboratory projects, collaborating with a talented team in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to design and technical delivery across all RIBA work stages.
• Lead or support project packages depending on experience level.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
• Develop high‑quality design solutions across a range of sectors.
• Support project delivery, programme management, and team coordination.
• Take on client‑facing responsibilities where appropriate.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years post‑qualification experience (senior level candidates considered).
• Strong design and technical skills across a variety of project types.
• Experience in residential, hospitality or life‑science sectors preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proven project leadership and coordination experience.
• ARB / RIBA registration and UK project experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
