Senior Architect – Mixed‑Use Projects

About the role

Benoy’s London Studio is looking for a dynamic Senior Architect to lead concept‑stage design on large‑scale mixed‑use projects worldwide. This permanent position offers a blend of studio collaboration and remote work, allowing you to shape innovative urban environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design development of international mixed‑use projects from concept through early design stages.
• Manage project budgets, quality control, and supervision of deliverables.
• Coordinate external consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering a collaborative studio culture.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, presenting design solutions and representing Benoy in meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale international projects in the early design phase.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small design teams and manage project timelines.
• Strong organisational, supervisory and communication skills.
• Degree‑qualified in architecture or a related design field; professional registration preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Rhino.
