Senior Architect – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our multidisciplinary national practice in Liverpool, delivering residential and commercial projects across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion.
- Prepare quotations and tender submissions.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and external team members.
- Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentation.
- Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance.
Required profile
- ARB registration and a post‑RIBA Part 3 qualification.
- Significant experience as an architect within a UK practice.
- Proven experience managing residential and commercial projects across all RIBA work stages.
- Live within a commutable distance to Liverpool.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with Revit.
