Senior Architectural Technician – Glasgow

About the role

This permanent position offers a senior architectural technician the chance to join a nationally recognised RIBA chartered practice in Glasgow. You will work on high‑profile projects, delivering integrated design and construction information.

Key responsibilities

• Produce integrated design and construction information using Revit.
• Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentation.
• Develop planning schemes into detailed construction drawings.
• Create technical specifications, tender packages and working drawing sets.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery of all drawing outputs.

Required profile

• Degree in Architectural Technology.
• Strong post‑qualification experience as a technician within a UK practice.
• Experience in the healthcare sector (preferred).
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Job‑running experience and solid technical and presentation abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
