Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution

About the role

Our client, a respected regional law firm with offices across the South East and London, is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its Guildford team. You will work within a collaborative environment handling complex, high‑value commercial and civil disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of commercial and civil disputes, including contractual, shareholder, professional negligence, financial services and debt recovery matters.
• Support senior colleagues on larger, multi‑party matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to the team’s development and growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality fee‑earning work.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to handle contractual and shareholder disputes; construction dispute experience is a plus.
• Ambitious, collaborative and commercially minded with a proactive approach.
