Senior & Associate Project Managers – Healthcare Construction

About the role

Our client, a leading independent real estate and infrastructure consultancy, is expanding its London team with senior and associate project managers to lead high‑profile healthcare construction programmes. You will oversee large‑scale hospital, clinic and medical‑facility projects from inception to handover, acting as a trusted advisor to both private and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex new‑build and refurbishment programmes for hospitals, clinics and medical facilities.
• Serve as the primary client interface, providing strategic guidance and project leadership.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet programme, cost, quality and risk targets.
• Ensure best‑practice governance, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Support junior team members and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale healthcare construction projects in the UK.
• Background in consultancy or client‑side construction/project management.
• Experience working with both public and private sector clients.
• Strong client‑facing presence and communication skills.
• Degree in a construction‑related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
