Senior Audio Technician – Team Leader (Weybridge)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Audio Technician to lead a small team within a market‑leading audio rental company. The role combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities, supporting global live events, tours and festivals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a small team to meet agreed service level agreements.
• Control the inbound and outbound flow of audio equipment, ensuring accurate logistics.
• Supervise the build, derigging and logging of equipment damages.
• Maintain warehouse space, organise equipment distribution and ensure sufficient manpower.
• Report damages and coordinate repairs or replacements.

Required profile

• Background in audio or sound engineering (live‑event or studio).
• Desire to move into a supervisor, team‑leader or management position.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
• Commutes to Weybridge (South East England).
