Senior Audio Visual Warehouse Technician

About the role

Join a busy, collaborative warehouse team as a Senior Audio Visual Warehouse Technician. You will ensure AV equipment is prepared, checked, and processed to the highest quality standards while supporting live‑event and systems‑integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day AV warehouse operations and maintain high quality‑control standards.
• Use rental software to track jobs, interpret job sheets and flag discrepancies.
• Pick, allocate, clean, label and stage equipment for each job or tour.
• Receive, scan, test, and store returned equipment, reporting any missing items.
• Identify faulty gear, book repairs and carry out minor equipment repairs as directed.
• Support loading/unloading of vehicles and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate equipment servicing and returns with the administration team.
• Provide backup for the Stores Manager when required and communicate clearly with workshop and admin teams.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good organisational skills and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Team‑player with a proactive, flexible approach.
• Basic technical understanding of AV equipment (desirable but not essential).
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and software.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
