Senior BI Analyst – Remote

About the role

Our client, a well‑known Midlands organisation, is expanding its Business Intelligence function as part of a wider IT transformation programme. The Senior BI Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop and maintain reporting solutions that drive insight and support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop and optimise data models within Azure and Microsoft Fabric environments.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and performance across the BI platform.
• Provide analytical support and actionable insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Intelligence development and analysis.
• Strong background in data analytics, reporting and management information.
• Ability to work independently and as a key partner to cross‑functional teams.
