Senior BI Developer

About the role

Our client, a leading multinational hospitality group, is expanding its data and technology function and seeks a Senior BI Developer to lead the design, development and support of business intelligence solutions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain reporting and analytics solutions within the Infor EPM environment.
• Design and optimise SQL queries, data models and reporting processes for financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Integrate Infor EPM with other business systems and data‑lake platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical and reporting issues, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with finance, technology and operational teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions.
• Support system upgrades, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior BI/EPM Developer or similar role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in multinational or multi‑site environments, preferably hospitality, retail or leisure.

Required skills

• Infor EPM v12 (cloud environment preferred).
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• API integration experience.
• Data Lake concepts and data‑management processes.
• Power BI and Azure familiarity.

• Salary range £60,000 – £85,000 per year.
